Unwanted Goods (Still Sealed)

If you have purchased a product, taken delivery, and not opened it, you can return it to us for a full refund. The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Returns after 7 days may incur a handling charge. Products returned after 14 days will not be credited.

All products must be in new condition, unopened, and in original packaging, along with all accessories (e.g., manuals, discs, cables). Products must be packaged properly to avoid damage to the original packaging during transit. Any discrepancies may result in a handling fee or forfeiture of a refund.

We will collect the product at no additional charge to you. An assessment will be done before credit or refund is processed. Refunds will be made via EFT (Internet Transfer) once credit is passed.

Unwanted Goods (Opened)

We will not credit any unwanted product that has been opened.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

Inspect the goods upon delivery and report discrepancies or damages to the delivery service immediately. Do not sign the proof of delivery if you are unsatisfied, and note the issue on the delivery note.

If issues are discovered later, contact us immediately within 24 hours. Claims made after 24 hours will be rejected. Incorrect products delivered by BuyOne Online will be replaced or refunded within 7 days of purchase.

Do not remove the product from its original packaging, though you may remove it from the shipping box. BuyOne Online covers all shipping and handling charges for incorrect or damaged deliveries.

Cancellations

1. Change of Mind

You can cancel an order at the following stages:

  • Before delivery: Call us immediately to stop the shipment or cancel delivery.
  • During delivery: Do not sign the delivery note; write "CANCELLED" and request the courier to return the product.
  • After delivery: Refer to the Returns policy above.

2. Out of Stock Products

If a product is out of stock, we will notify you. For temporary shortages, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund or wait for a later delivery date. Permanent shortages entitle you to a full refund or an alternative product.

3. Delayed Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, you can cancel and receive a full refund or maintain the order for later delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be paid via EFT within 7 working days, minus any applicable bank charges for cash deposits or card payments. You may opt for an alternative product or a credit balance for future purchases.

Backorders

A backorder is for goods/services unavailable at the time of order. Pricing for backordered items may change due to fluctuating exchange rates. Contact your sales representative for details.
